Attending EMC 2021 webinars requires an advanced personal registration. The connection link via Zoom platform will be sent to the email address indicated in the attendee's information box therefore please fill in one form for each person.

There are multiple options for attending EMC 2021 webinars:

- Simple registration at € 0 includes listening to the webinar (live questions to speakers included in ZOOM systems)

- Full registration at € 250 includes:
# listening to all webinar series (live questions to speakers included in ZOOM systems)
# attendee list for each webinar (name, company)
# up to 3 meetings requests with selected attendees
# 20% reduction on delegate registration at next in presence event (Sept. 14/16, 2021)
# 20% reduction on space rate for exhibiting space at next in presence event (Sept. 14/16, 2021)
If you select this option, you will be required to select a single invoice for each person or a group invoice for 2 or more people.

Local and/or international taxes will be applied accordingly to current laws.

Payment is due within 5 days of invoice date and in any case prior to the conference, by bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
All payments must be received within 10 working days prior to the conference, otherwise registration will be cancelled.

If an applicant cancels the registration at least 10 working days before the event, a 15% penalty of the invoiced amount will be charged. Non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation and will incur a 100% penalty of the invoiced amount.
Cancellations that are the result of a Force Majeure event will also be charged according to the above terms. Substitutions are welcome at any time - there is no additional fee for direct substitutions, but they must be made at least 48 hours before the webinar starts.

The personal information provided by you will be held in our database. We may send you occasional information about other related EMC products or services; you may opt-out or change your contact information at any time. If you have any questions about how we use your data or you would like to be removed from our database, please contact us.

EMC Organizers reserve the right to make unavoidable changes to the programme, timings or speakers identity. EMC Organizers also reserve the right to cancel an event at any time and offer delegates an alternative date, a credit towards another event or a refund of fees without any liability for resulting or indirect loss.

If for any reason arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond EMC Organizers’ reasonable control, a "Force Majeure Event", - including but not limited to: strikes; regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder; disasters; acts of terrorism; acts of war; collapse of building structures; epidemic or pandemic; extreme weather conditions- it will be necessary to make amendments to the original planning of the event or it becomes impossible to run the event, EMC Organizers are relieved of all obligations and do not take any responsibility for compensation, reimbursement of any additional expenses, inconvenience or loss of business that may be experienced by attendees.

No part of any EMC event documentation may be copied, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form without prior permission from EMC Organizers.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the material and integrity of the analysis presented at our events, EMC Organizers accept no liability for the content. All registered copyrights, trademarks and logos remain the explicit property of the registered owners
