AUTHOR NOTIFICATION
Corresponding authors of selected papers for inclusion in the Conference Programme will be notified between …TO BE CONFIRMED… and ….TO BE CONFIRMED…
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
Manuscripts of the selected papers must be provided no later than 1…TO BE CONFIRMED… for reviewing by the Committee prior to inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
Manuscripts must be completed with slides, graphs or photographs as needed for the paper presentation. Papers received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed inclusion in the Conference Programme and Proceedings. The maximum length of papers is 14 (fourteen) typewritten pages, including equations, tables, graphs or photographs.
Full instructions for the preparation of manuscripts/papers will be sent only to the corresponding author of each selected paper.
SPEAKER RGEISTRATION

Only presenting authors (speakers) are entitled to a discount on the conference registration fee (1 per paper). Please refer to the conference registration fees that are available in the conference registration page on www.emc-cyprus.com
COPYRIGHT POLICY
Copyright of selected papers belongs to EMC. Authors of selected papers for EMC will be required to submit a copyright clearance form. EMC copyright policy consists in requesting authors to mention that their paper was first published at EMC Conferences the same is presented at other conferences, seminars, etc.
EMC assumes no obligation for expenses incurred by authors for travel, lodging, food or other incidental expenses.
